By using Millions Quiz (the website millionsquiz-website.vercel.app and/or the Android app com.sugus.millionsquiz), you accept these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

Millions Quiz is a multiple-choice trivia game. We offer:

• A free web version with no ads and no account required.
• A free Android app with ads and optional micropayments for Premium or lifeline packs.

Scores, streaks and achievements are entertainment — they don't represent prizes redeemable for money, products or services.

Purchases are processed via Google Play Billing. Google Play terms apply. Subscriptions, if any, auto-renew unless cancelled 24 hours before the period ends, manageable from your Google account.

Premium removes ads from the Android app. It's a one-time non-consumable. Lifeline packs are consumables credited to your inventory at purchase confirmation.

You may not:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or exploit the app beyond normal use.
• Automate gameplay (bots, scripts) to inflate scores or achievements.
• Distribute modified copies or redistribute the question bank.
• Use the web/app for any activity illegal in your jurisdiction.

The Millions Quiz brand, visual design, code and question bank are property of Sugus. The questions are offered for entertainment and educational purposes; we don't claim rights over the underlying facts, only over the curation and translation of the set.

Millions Quiz is an original, independent trivia game with no affiliation to TV franchises ("Who Wants to Be a Millionaire?" and similar are trademarks of their respective owners).

The service is provided "as is". We don't guarantee uninterrupted availability, freedom from errors in questions or answers, or fitness for a particular purpose. If you find a bug or an incorrect question, write to us and we'll fix it.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from use of the service. For any aggregate liability, this is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months (which on the web is zero).

We may modify these terms at any time; material changes will be highlighted on this page. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms.

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be resolved by the courts of the consumer's domicile when applicable.
